FURNACE + AC MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Security starts with peace of mind. The last you need is unwanted furnace and air conditioning repairs – that can break the bank. Our maintenance program takes care of accidents, stress, and unwanted days off from these types of repairs.
From priority scheduling to complimentary visits each year – you can count on years of expertise and experience to keep your family safe and secure.
The Service Agreement will cover two visits per year. One AC system maintenance visit during the Spring/Summer and one Furnace maintenance visit during the Fall/Winter. The following will be included with the plan:
- Two standard-size furnace filter replacements (one filter change during each visit)
- Priority service over non-agreement customers (Cut in front of the line pass)
- Extended hours of service would be between 8 a.m-8 p.m. (Non-service agreement hours 8 a.m-5 p.m.)
- 15% discount on any parts (no discount on parts for non-agreement customers)
- Multi-point inspection of your Heating and Cooling equipment
- Same-day replacements on parts and systems if applicable
* If a 20-foot ladder is required a fee of $195 will be applied. We do not exceed 35 ft ladders*
